Kayte.
Kayte’s cheerleading career began at an early age when she enrolled in a competitive gymnastics program. Realizing that she enjoyed entertaining larger crowds, Kayte later joined a fitness performance team. In Junior High School, she cheered on the school’s Cheerleading Squad. Throughout high school, Kayte kept a busy pace participating in both the high school Cheerleading Squad and Dance Team while cheering for the Gymsport All-Star Squad in Pittsburgh, which she captained her senior year. Kayte went on to cheer for the University of Delaware for three years; cheering for Football and Basketball. She competed for Delaware at the UCA Nationals in Orlando, Florida all three years. Kayte had the privileged opportunity to travel to China with 5 other team members to coach the Wuhan University cheerleading team. Post – college, Kayte has cheered professionally for the NBA, traveling to China and cheering for the Pre-Olympic Games & the China Games and is currently cheering for the NJ Nets as a member of Team-Hype.
Kayte enjoys spending her leisure time snowboarding in the winter and waterskiing in the summer. Kayte currently lives in New York City where she works as an accountant.
